Persatuan Penduduk Nusa Dusun Orchard Resort (PPNDOR) is now registered with the ROS. Please click here to apply to become a member of PPNDOR or renew your membership. Open to Lot Owners only.

One of the latest sevice that Nusa Dusun is offering is the Homestay programme. Through this programme, one can submit request to make reservation for stay in the appointed Homestay Bungalows at reasonable rate. This programme is perfect for those who wish to experience over night stay in Nusa Dusun. It is also perfect as a venue for family gathering and the like.

As new bungalow unit is available as appointed Homestay Bungalows, it will be announced here. So stay tuned for the latest news.

Below are services provided by KOOP. As more services become available this list will be updated.

Services Provided:

1. One off / Initial grass cutting inside Lot
  • Category 1 – Slightly bushy - RM 250
  • Category 2 – Moderately bushy - RM 350
  • Category 3 – Very bushy - RM 450
Note: Please contact the KOOP first before making any payment to determine the category of your Lot condition.

2. Monthly grass cutting inside Lot - RM 150

Note: This service is only applicable to Lots where the last grass cutting was done not more than 1 month ago.

3. Weed control along Lot fence using weedicide - RM 150

4. Special package Bi-monthly grass cutting for 1 year – RM 1,200

Note 1: One Off / Initial grass cutting service or Lot Clearing service may be required before this service can start. Please contact the KOOP to find out.

Note 2: Grass cutting will be done once every 2 months. So total 6 grass cutting will be done over a period of 12 months.

Note 3: Only empty Lots or Lots which are only planted with fruit trees planted by Meda are eligible for this service. Please contact the KOOP to find out if your Lot is eligible or not.

Note 4: Lots with bungalow are also not eligible for this service.

Note 5: The quality of the grass cutting will be slightly lower than the Monthly grass cutting as tractor will be used to cut the grass. The main objective of this service is only to ensure the Lot does not become too bushy during the period of this service.

5. Lot Clearing
  • Category 1 – Slightly bushy - RM 1,200
  • Category 2 – Moderately bushy - RM 1,800
  • Category 3 – Very bushy - RM 2,400
Note 1: Please contact the KOOP first before making any payment to determine the category of your Lot condition.

Note 2: Grass and trees will be cleared from the Lot surface except existing fruit trees. Existing drainage around the Lot will also be cleared. Then we will help to burn the debris piled up on the Lot.

6. Standard Fencing along Lot perimeter - RM 23 per foot run

Note 1: Includes Concrete Fence Poles, Concrete Beam, Diamond Chain Link, add 1 more Culvert, 2 Roman Pillars, Sliding Gate and Wing Wall.

Note 2: Please contact the KOOP first before making any payment to determine the feet run of your Lot.

Note 3: Example (as reference only). Suppose a Lot is 1 acre = 209 feet X 209 feet. So total feet run = 209 feet X 4 sides = 836 feet. So total cost of fencing = 836 feet X RM 23 per foot run = RM19,228.

Note 4: 1st advance amount is 50% of the total cost. In example above, the amount is RM 19,228 X 50% = RM 9,614

Note 5: The remaining 50% needs to be paid in full upon 75% completion of the works, which will be determined and informed by the KOOP.
